PfCONA was formed in 1985 by Pflugerville residents who wanted to provide a forum for neighborhood groups to collectively air their concerns and work with the City Council to resolve problems. 

Its goal was to bring the community together. This goal continues today. Won't you join us in "building the community together?"

HOLIDAY DECORATION & LIGHTS CONTEST - 2006

PfCONA sponsored the contest during December 2006. Judges included Nancy Ramsey, Julia Ruiz, Representative Mark Strama, and Chris and Myra Ruiz. The results were published in the Pflugerville Pflag on 12/14/06.

Criteria for Homes:  Creativity, uniqueness, animation, impressive display, theme based.

Criteria for Best Street:  Largest percentage of homes uniformly decorated on at least one block.
