PfCONA was formed in 1985 by Pflugerville residents who wanted to provide a forum for neighborhood groups to collectively air their concerns and work with the City Council to resolve problems. 

Its goal was to bring the community together. This goal continues today. Won't you join us in "building the community together?"

PfCONA sponsored the contest during December 2002. Judges included Nancy Ramsey, Clay Leben, and Rod Reyna. The results were published in the Pflugerville Pflag.

Criteria for Homes:  Unique, creative, impressive, extraordinary lights and displays.

Criteria for Best Street:  Most homes uniformly decorated within at least one block.

Neighborhoods Judged:  We visited 12 Pflugerville and Pflugerville ETJ neighborhoods.

Nominations were received from 8 Pflugerville area neighborhood representatives.
